Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a part-time limited-term Accounting/PA Support Intern in our Kennesaw, GA office to assist with scanning, filing, report reproduction, and other general Accounting and Project Accounting assistance under the direction of the Project Administration team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Photocopy, assemble, and bind technical and non-technical documentation;
  • Assist with copying, scanning, and filing documentation; and
  • Assist the General Ledger team with daily, weekly, monthly, annual and as needed varied administrative tasks and projects;
  • Assist with local business errands; and
  • Perform other clerical functions, as required.
  • Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed. 

Education and Licensure

  • Currently registered in a Bachelor’s or Master’s university degree program. (required)

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal clients.
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively manage individual workload, organize work and set priorities with little supervision.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and satisfactory driving record for local business errands. (required)
