Geosyntec Consultants has an immediately available job opening for a Controller to work in a full-time, onsite role at the West Valley Cleanup Alliance, LLC. West Valley Cleanup Alliance is the prime contractor selected by the U.S. Department of Energy to manage the Phase 1B Deactivation & Demolition Contract at the West Valley Demonstration Project site. The site is a scenic 30-minute drive south of Buffalo, New York.
As a Geosyntec employee working in this role you will have the opportunity to provide effective leadership financial administration for the West Valley Cleanup Alliance. You will strengthen and maintain adequate internal controls, coordinate audit assistance and response, and foster an environment of service and teamwork toward the rest of the company. You will be providing timely, accurate financial data, analysis and reporting for all levels of the company management, the Board of directors and the DOE. You will also provide decisive leadership on the Pension and Savings Boards for the WVDP Plans. Understanding the WVCA contract and funding and acting with responsibility and accountability in all matters pertaining to the stewardship of the well-being of the Company will be essential. You will also set challenging goals for personal and group accomplishments.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Below are the potential compensation ranges that we in good faith believe are applicable for this role at the time of this posting and are only applicable for jobs to be performed in the specified location(s) below. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec’s total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.
Minimum Salary: $180,934/year / Maximum Salary:$221,130/year
